As if you thought there would not be one, today the announcement was made from the WF Team that a migration tool from WF3.x to WF4.0 has been released on CodePlex. In no way is it the end all for a complete migration, however it does a good job and will get you closer to migrating than anything else. I believe the need for a tool like this is a must for migrating WF3.x to WF4, and feel it would have been a thorn in the side of the WF Team from speculators of WF4.0 not to have one.

With VS2010 right around the corner, I am spreading the word of what abilities WF4.0 will bring within the new .Net4.0 Framework. Last month I spoke in Miami about WF4.0 and had some interesting questions concerning WF being "re-writtin", "Did MS get it right this time" and "why use WF4, and not wait for WF5".
